Harold Dulait

CEO & Head of Legal Interim Management

Harold Dulait is a lawyer (UCL 2000) and a former member of the Brussels Bar. He has carried out numerous legal interim management assignments for companies such as Schréder, D’Ieteren, Belfius, Delta Lloyd, Exki and Nuance.

In 2009, he founded Legalia, becoming a pioneer in the specialist recruitment of legal talent, and successfully ran the business for almost a decade before joining the House of HR group.

In 2024, Harold took things a step further with the launch of Screen Legal, a new concept combining recruitment expertise with a unique approach: a video workshop specially designed for legal departments.

Caroline Voisin

Head of Search & Selection

Caroline is a management engineer (UCL) and holds a master’s degree in human resources (ICHEC).

She began her career as CFO and head of human resources for an international services company.

Caroline then joined Legalia (specialising in legal recruitment) to develop the Search & Selection department, which she did with great success. Following Legalia’s integration into the House of HR group, Caroline put her talent to work for major brands such as D’Ieteren Group, Mercedes Benz and Idealis Consulting, through strategic and impactful HR consultancy assignments.

In 2024, Caroline brought her expertise to Screen Legal, where she was responsible for developing the Search & Selection division.
